Fun. Energetic. Your favorite sports team's mascot running through the stands on fire while a dozen cheerleaders jump up and down — driving the crowd into a hysterical fit. That's what I wanted to draw from Sneakers. Four widths and complimenting obliques round out a great display font package.
Further refined in 2009 and brought into OpenType specs, the once separate biform glyphs have been recoded as titling alternates making this over-the-top font even more over-the-topper, sorry about that...it sounded 'awesomer' when I first typed it.
